Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination address.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4PM will be processed the following business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. If you have not received your tracking details or if you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team at support@topshelfessentials.co.uk.
